Embark on an African safari adventure spanning 11 days, two countries and seemingly endless exclusive experiences that will have you planning your next safari on the flight home. Start your week off Hwange National Park and mighty Victoria falls, Zimbabwe and into Botswana, exploring the Chobe National Park and Okavango delta in all its glory.
TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1- Hwange National Park
On arrival at the Victoria Falls international airport, we meet and greet then commence our 2-hr journey to Hwange National Park. Relaxed late afternoon on the balcony, observing animals coming for a drink at the waterhole

Day 2 -Hwange National Park
An early rise takes us to the main park for a full day game excursion. The day is spent driving though the bushes and visiting different water sports experiencing what the mother nature has for us. Our lunch is served in the wilderness today.

Day 3: Welcome to Zimbabwe – Incredible Victoria Falls
After breakfast today, we start our transit to Victoria falls passing by the painted dog conservation.
We expect to be in the resort town of Vic falls right in time for lunch.

Day 4: Incredible Victoria Falls
Victoria Falls is an adrenalin junkie's dream playground, equip yourself with a pick of the below optional activities.
Full/Half-day white water rafting on the mighty Zambezi.
Bungi Jump 100 m off the bridge Zip line & gorge swing.
Helicopter flight.
Lion & Elephant walks.
Get an understanding of how the local people live by taking up a village tour -Visit local craft market.

Day 5: Chobe National Park-Botswana
We commence our journey from the resort town of Victoria Falls at 09: 00am and head north towards Kasane, a village on the edge of Chobe National Game Reserve. Time is spent in the Northern Chobe, a park which is incredibly rich in game due to the Chobe River providing water all year round. Large herds of elephant are frequently seen walking to and from the river. Due to the high density of herbivores in this area many predators, such as lions and leopards, can be found

Day 6: Chobe National Park
Early start today with a cup of coffee and embark on a morning game drive safari. Experience exciting game drives and feel awed by the beauty of Africa on wonderful boat safaris on the majestic Chobe River. Marvel at the beautiful afternoon light and the reflection of the sun as you peacefully glide over the river while enjoying your favorite drink and observing hundreds of elephants along the shores of the river – bathing, drinking, playing and cajoling. This is one of the most memorable safari experiences you will ever have!

Day 7: Nata- Makgadikgadi Salt Pans
The Makgadikgadi Pan, a salt pan situated in the middle of the dry savanna of north-eastern Botswana, is one of the largest salt flats in the world. The pan is all that remains of the formerly enormous Lake Makgadikgadi, which once covered an area larger than Switzerland, but dried up tens of thousands of years ago

Day 8: Okavango Delta- Bush Overnight Experience
After an early breakfast today, we will leave Nata heading for a 2-day 1 night Safari in the Okavango Delta. There is no better way of coming closer to hippos. Meals served in the middle of the delta while observing different animals coming for a drink or just exploring their world before an overnight camping Safari. You also have an option of a full day in the delta but return to the hotel for a night.

Day 9: Maun Town
After our nature walk in the Delta, we travel back to Maun right in time for Lunch. We we'll arrive at our hotel in the afternoon with enough time to embark on an optional activity (Flight over the Okavango delta.

Day 10-Elephant Sands
Today after breakfast, we will bid farewell to the Chobe National Park for a drive to Elephant Sands Private Game Reserve. We will have an amazing experience of seeing elephants up close and personal from the bar patio or the front porch of the chalets surrounding the waterhole.

Day 11-Victoria Falls- The Smoke That Thunders ( Mosi oa Tunya)
We will depart the Salt Pans today and drive back to the adventure Capital of Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls, where we wrap up our safari on arrival.
There are a myriad of activities to choose from to perfectly wrap up the safari or an airport drop-off for those wishing to fly back home.

Price & Inclusions
From $ 3,600 /person ( Minimum 2 pax)-Solo travellers can join.

Prices are in USD and is based on low season and high season rates for accommodation and other applicable services, and may change depending on availability, currency fluctuations and number of people traveling together.

Rates include all accommodation on full board, transport, guiding, park fees and included activities. Flights are not Included.

Game drives in high quality and well maintained safari vehicle with professional English-speaking driver guide. Game drives may be shared with other guests of the lodge/camp, with maximum of 10 guests in the vehicle. Botswana and Zimbabwe: All national park and conservation fees as per your itinerary.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tour Resevation
A deposit of 30% of the tour price is required for reservation confirmation. Reservation will automatically becancelled if the deposit is not received by Africa Uncovered Safaris within 14 days after reservation. Final (70%) payment of the total tour price must be paid 21 days before start of the safari.
Travel Documents:
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that they possess the necessary travel documentation for the tour, such as a valid passport. In general a passport should be valid at least 6 months beyond the end of your journey and have two clear pages for each country to be visited to allow for entry and exit stamps en-route or for any visas. Your journey may require a visa for your country’s passport. If you are transiting or stopping elsewhere on your journey, other visas may be required. Africa uncovered Safaris is able to organise and coordinate visas if required. If you plan to visit other countries, some do require visas in advance and proof of travel insurance
Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory on the tour. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she has such insurance in place (together with the required paperwork to prove such insurance) before embarking on the tour.
The client acknowledges that travel insurance must include comprehensive medical insurance including provision for air evacuation, and that the Company shall not be liable for any consequences, damages or loss as a result of the client failing to have the necessary cover.

Cancellation 14- 29days before the scheduled date: 70% penalty on the tour cost
