8 Days Victoria falls and Botswana Highlights

The day starts with a visit to the famous Victoria Falls. The majestic waterfall, a Unesco World Heritage Site, is impressive in full flood (February to end May) and even in low season (October and November). After your guided walk of the falls, there are many optional activities to choose from for the rest of the day.

Victoria Falls is an adrenalin junkie's dream playground, equip yourself with a pick of the belowoptional activities.

We commence our journey from the resort town of Victoria Falls at 09: 00am and head north towards Kasane, a village on the edge of Chobe National Game Reserve. Time is spent in the Northern Chobe, a park which is incredibly rich in game due to the Chobe River providing water all year round. Large herds of elephant are frequently seen walking to and from the river. Due to the high density of herbivores in this area many predators, such as lions and leopards, can be found

Early start today with a cup of coffee and embark on a morning game drive safari. Experience exciting game drives and feel awed by the beauty of Africa on wonderful boat safaris on the majestic Chobe River. Marvel at the beautiful afternoon light and the reflection of the sun as you peacefully glide over the river while enjoying your favorite drink and observing hundreds of elephants along the shores of the river – bathing, drinking, playing and cajoling. This is one of the most memorable safari experiences you will ever have!

The Makgadikgadi Pan, a salt pan situated in the middle of the dry savanna of north-eastern Botswana, is one of the largest salt flats in the world. The pan is all that remains of the formerly enormous Lake Makgadikgadi, which once covered an area larger than Switzerland, but dried up tens of thousands of years ago

After an early breakfast today, we will leave Nata heading for a 2-day 1 night Safari in the Okavango Delta.

After an early breakfast today, we will leave our lodge for a 2-day 1 night Safari in the Okavango Delta. There is no better way of coming closer to hippos. Meals served in the middle of the delta while observing different animals coming for a drink or just exploring their world before an overnight camping Safari. You also have an option of a full day in the delta but return to the hotel for a night.
